Dayra Lascano, ABD

Dayra Lascano studies how political leaders achieve cooperation through international organizations. She is a Ph.D. candidate in International Relations, with a minor in Comparative Politics, in Cornell University's Department of Government. Her research combines large-sample quantitative analysis with in-depth case studies to test how formal institutions and informal norms shape cooperation. The work is directly relevant to negotiation strategy, institutional design, and the conditions under which multilateral agreements hold.
